This Leavers Hoodie shop is managed by Premier Schools on behalf of Patcham High School. Customer Returns

The Patcham Leavers Hoodies cannot be returned as they have unique customisation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2012 – Bespoke Items), unless there is a fault with the garment. If so, please contact us using the form below explaining what the fault is and we will provide you with the necessary returns information. It is down to the customer to ensure that have ordered the correctly sized garment. Acceptance of the return of goods is at the company’s discretion, your statutory rights are not affected. 

FAQ

The Patcham Leavers Hoodie can be ordered any time up to Sunday 29th March. Hoodies will then be customised and delivered to the school in April. The school will make suitable arrangements to distribute to students. Please check the sizing information against the hoodie before ordering. If you miss the last order date, please contact us prior to placing an order.
